Hi! My name's Beatrice Cooper and I love food! This is my fodder-loving website where I tell everyone about my favourite meals, restaurants and tips.
I'm not a trained professional and neither do I wish to toil away in a hot kitchen producing haute cuisine; I like proper food for proper people.
My spare time is made up of reading cookery books and running a kids' kitchen for disadvantaged children in the area who I teach kitchen skills and methods to. They enjoy the class and get to eat everything they've made, including pizzas, pastas, salads and puds.

But at the heart of everything I'm a gastronaut reaching for the heights of culinary excellence, a cook with a penchant for nutritional nosh, a culinary queen living in an Aga kingdom; eating and creating innovative recipes and techniques is my vocation.
